1 lb beef, cut into strips
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups vegetable stock
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup double cream
3 cups rice

Chop and measure all ingredients before cooking.

Add chopped chestnut mushrooms and whole button mushrooms into the slow cooker.
