Instructions

- 4Add oats and salt, stirring until fully combined.
- 5Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or a baking sheet.
- 6Let the cookies cool and set for about 30 minutes at room temperature.

Instructions

- 2In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, salt, and xanthan gum.
- 3Add the yeast mixture, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- 4Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. If it's too sticky, add a little more flour.
- 5Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- 6Cover the pan with a clean towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- 7Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 8Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- 9Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

- 9Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 10Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
