Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1/2 cup fat-free milk
6 tbsp low-fat yogurt
1/2 medium banana mashed
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
7.5g dark chocolate

In a large bowl or 4 separate jars, mix oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt.

Stir in peanut butter, milk, yogurt, banana, and vanilla essence until well combined.

Add dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
