Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Chop the onion and sauté in butter until translucent, about 5 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, milk, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.
Fold in the sautéed onion, chopped wild garlic, and diced salmon.
Pour the filling into the pre-baked pastry shell.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and drizzle with lemon juice.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set and golden.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with chopped parsley and chives before serving.
