1

Place the pork butt into the slow cooker.

2

Add a can of Mandarin oranges, juice of 4 limes, garlic cloves, bay leaves, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.

3

Fill the empty Mandarin orange can with water and add chicken bouillon for extra liquid.

4

Cook on low overnight or on high for 4-6 hours until tender.

5

Refrigerate the cooked pork to cool and solidify the fat on top.

6

Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it, removing any large pieces of fat.

7

Skim the fat from the cooking liquid and reduce it in a saucepan until it reaches about half a cup.

8

Mix the reduced sauce with the shredded pork.

9

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half crosswise and butter the bottom of a quarter sheet pan.

10

Layer the bottom half of the rolls with mustard, ham, Swiss cheese, the pulled pork, pickles, and another layer of cheese.

11

Spread mustard on the top half of the rolls and place it on top of the fillings.

12

Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and the buns are golden brown.
