Chinese wheat noodles

In boiling water, add ginger, dried scallops, pork ribs, corn, carrot, old cucumber, and red dates with goji berries.
Let it boil for 10 minutes over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1 and 1/2 hours.
Add salt 5 minutes before the cooking time finishes.
For winter melon and pork bone soup, in boiling water, add ginger, blanch pork bone, apricot seeds, tangerine peel, and candid dates.
Cover and let it boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, add winter melon, cover, and simmer for another 30 minutes, then season with salt.
For another soup, in boiling water, add ginger slices, blanch pork ribs or any pork bones, apricot seeds, candid or honey dates, corn, carrot, and chaote.
Make sure to wash all the ingredients before cooking, cover, and bring to boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 to 3 hours, then season with salt.
For lean meat and chicken feet soup, in boiling water, add ginger, blanch meat, blanch chicken feet, red dates, peanuts, black beans, and carrots.
Bring to a boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours, then season with salt.
For pork bone soup with squid and lotus root, in boiling water, add ginger, pork bones, lotus root, carrots, red dates, candid dates, peanuts, and dried squid.
Cover and bring to boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 hours, then season with salt.
For pork bone soup with dried figs and white fungus, in boiling water, add ginger, pork bone, dried figs, candid dates, apricot seeds, and white fungus.
Cover and simmer for 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours, mix, and season with salt.
