4 scoops protein powder (30 g each)
200 g low-fat Greek yogurt (0% fat)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
300 ml milk (or more/less as needed)
2 apples
Biscoff biscuits
40 g Biscoff spread (for drizzling)
100 g cooked chicken per portion (400 g total)

Start by making protein overnight oats for breakfast.

Add 200 g of oats to a bowl.

Add 4 scoops of protein powder (each scoop is around 30 g).

Add 200 g of 0% fat Greek yogurt, which is about 50 g per portion.

Add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.

Pour in around 300 ml of milk, adjusting as necessary.
