Add 1/4 cup real mayonnaise to a bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon honey dijon mustard (or regular dijon) to the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon sweet relish to the bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon diced red onion to the bowl.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt to the bowl.
Add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to the bowl.
Add 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper to the bowl.
Add 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves to the bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese to the bowl and mix all together.
Add 10 ounces of drained canned tuna (two 5-ounce cans) to the mixture and mix well.
Set the tuna mixture aside.
Slice 4 tomatoes and set them aside.
Slice swiss cheese into thick slices.
Cut 2 thick slices of Italian bread.
Spread a generous amount of country rock butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the bread in a skillet, butter side down, at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Layer cheese and tomatoes on top of the bread in the skillet.
Add half of the tuna mixture on top of the cheese and tomatoes.
Add the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
