500 gms fish cubes (cobia)
4 tbsp Byadagi/Kashmiri chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp jeera powder
2 tbsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp maida/all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp soy sauce (optional)
1 egg

Marinate the fish cubes with ginger garlic paste, salt, and all the spices (chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala).

Add rice flour, corn flour, and maida to the marinated fish and mix well.

If using, add soy sauce to the mixture and combine.

Beat the egg and add it to the fish mixture, ensuring everything is well coated.

Shape the mixture into kebabs and prepare for frying.
