1 cup beef broth
2 cups sour cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 cup toasted onion

2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chives, chopped
