Separate 6 eggs, using only the egg yolks, and add them to the mixture.

Use a KitchenAid mixer with a hook attachment to mix the dough for about 5 minutes until it forms a solid ball.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle, then cut it into strips and shape them as desired.

Heat oil in a larger pot on medium heat.
