Preheat oven to 300°F (149°C).
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of nuts, 3 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of coconut flakes, and 1/4 cup of sesame seeds.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of light brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of coarse salt, 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil, and 1/2 cup of maple syrup.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a rimmed baking sheet, spreading it in an even layer.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking.
After about 30 to 40 minutes, add 1/2 cup of dried raisins to the mixture and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
