Stuffed Jalapeños

12 large jalapeños
1 lb lean ground pork
1 cup jarred salsa
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup bulgur wheat, cooked
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membrane.

Mix lean ground pork, jarred salsa, green onions, garlic, and cilantro in a bowl.
