Baked Stuffed Jalapeños

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (optional)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
12 large jalapeños

Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes for less heat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Dijon mustard, and any other desired ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half, filling them generously.
