Boil the soya beans in water until tender, skimming off the foam that forms on top.

Fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add 2 chopped tomatoes and a little water, covering to cook the tomatoes until soft.

Add 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon crushed red chili, along with some water.

Stir in 4 tablespoons of yogurt and cook until the yogurt is well incorporated.

Add 1 tablespoon dried coriander, 1 tablespoon dried fenugreek, and 1 teaspoon cumin powder, cooking until the spices are fragrant.

Add the boiled soya beans to the pot and mix well, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
