cream cheese – 3 oz | 90 g
milk – 3 fl oz | 90 ml
wheat flour – 1 tbsp
salt – ½ tsp
6 eggs
dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
hard cheese – 3.5 oz | 100 g
cooked ham – 4 oz | 125 g
green onion – 5 stems
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp

Line a baking dish with parchment paper, raising edges on the sides, and oil.

Combine the cream cheese and milk in a bowl and beat until smooth, add the wheat flour and salt and mix.

Add the eggs and beat until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

Preheat oven to 350°F | 180°C and bake the omelet for 25 minutes until readiness.

Take it out of the oven and brush immediately with a thin layer of mustard, sprinkle with a half of grated cheese, finely diced ham, chopped up green onion and another half of cheese.

Roll up taking off the paper as it rolls.

Sprinkle the egg roll with a bit of grated cheese and bake for 5 minutes more at the same temperature.
