Open a brown paper bag.

Add 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels into the bag.

Drizzle in 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of fine salt.

Add 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Fold down the top of the brown paper bag twice and shake to coat the kernels.

Pop the bag in the microwave on high for 1 minute and 40 seconds.

Once done, take it out of the microwave and shake it again.

Pour the popped popcorn into a bowl and add 1/4 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese on top.
