Heat vegetable oil in a pot.
Add snail and beef to the hot oil without seasoning.
Season beef with salt and mix; cover the pot to brown the meat until dark brown.
Blend scallions, garlic, onions, habanero pepper, and red bell pepper with a little water until smooth.
Add seasoning cube and black pepper to the blended mixture and mix well.
Add a little water to the browned beef and continue cooking until the water evaporates.
Add blended ingredients to the beef, reserving half for later.
Add sliced onions to the pot and brown until golden brown without adding tomato.
Add boiling water to the pot.
Add okra, eggplant, cabbage, and carrots; you can add cassava if desired.
Remove the vegetables from the pot once cooked.
Add the reserved blended ingredients back into the pot.
Add tamarind on top of the sauce cooking in the pot.
Wash basmati rice with boiling water to pre-cook it slightly.
Add the washed rice to the pot with the beef and sauce.
Cover the pot with parchment paper and foil, and cook on low medium heat for 5 minutes.
Check the rice after 5 minutes and let it cook until done.
