Hummus Pizza

8 to 10 ounces pizza dough
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup to 1 cup roasted red bell pepper hummus
2 to 3 ounces protein
1/4 to 3/4 cup raw, roasted or sauteed vegetables
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs
balsamic reduction
plain or infused extra virgin olive oil
hot sauce
feta cheese
diced cucumber
diced red bell pepper
fresh chopped Italian parsley

Start with 8 to 10 ounces of pizza dough.

Stretch the dough out to about a 12-inch circle.

Using a fork, prick the stretched dough in several places to keep it from bubbling in the oven.

Spray or brush the dough with about 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.

Bake the dough at 500° for approximately 6 to 7 minutes until it's golden brown.

Top the baked pizza crust with about 3/4 cup to 1 cup of roasted red bell pepper hummus.

Add toppings of your choice, including 2 to 3 ounces of protein, 1/4 to 3/4 cup of raw, roasted or sauteed vegetables, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh herbs, a drizzle of balsamic reduction, a drizzle of plain or infused extra virgin olive oil, and hot sauce.
