Lay the dough on a flat surface, lightly dusted with semolina or cornmeal. If necessary, sprinkle some flour on top of the dough or flip it upside-down.

Gently use your fingertips to depress the dough ball while stretching and pulling it to form an approx. 10-inch circle. Avoid pressing down on the edges if you prefer the Neapolitan-style airy, fluffy rim.

Preheat the oven to 390 Fahrenheit (ca. 200 °C).

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the pizza crust dough to the tray by hand. Gently arrange it back to a circle shape.
