Fried Feta in Phyllo Pastry

200g feta cheese
4 sheets phyllo pastry
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon spices

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese and mix it with dried oregano, black pepper, and salt.

Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry on a clean surface and brush it lightly with olive oil.

Place another sheet of phyllo on top and brush it again with olive oil.

Spoon a portion of the feta mixture onto one end of the phyllo pastry.

Fold the sides of the phyllo over the filling and roll it up tightly to form a log.

Repeat the process with the remaining phyllo sheets and feta mixture.

Place the rolled phyllo logs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
