2 cups tomatoes, chopped
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1 red long pepper, chopped
2 scotch bonnet peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb cooked beef, diced
1 lb macro fish, cleaned
4 oz fish eggs
2 cups meat stock
2 seasoning cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb cow food, diced
1 lb tripe, cleaned and diced
1 cup water
2 tablespoons blended ero (locust bean)
1 cup okra, sliced
1/2 cup gar (cassava flour)

Blend tomatoes, bell peppers, red long pepper, scotch bonnet peppers, and onions to a smooth paste.

Fry cooked beef on medium heat for 5 minutes, 2 and 1/2 minutes on each side until dried.

Remove beef from hot oil and fry macro fish and fish eggs for 6 minutes until brown.

Heat palm oil in a pot on low heat for 5 minutes.

Pour in blended tomato and pepper mix and rinse the blender with little water.

Add 1 cup of meat stock, 2 stock cubes, and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot, stir well, and cover to cook for 20 minutes on high heat.

Turn down the heat before opening the pot to stir.

Add precooked cow food and tripe to the pot, then add fried fish and beef, stir well, and cover to cook for 25 minutes on high heat until oil floats on top.

Set the stew aside and pour 1 and 1/2 cups of water into a pot.

Add blended ero, mix with one stock cube and less than a teaspoon of salt, and boil.

Add blended okra to the boiling mixture and boil for 3 minutes on high heat.

Prepare eba by boiling 2 cups of water, then add gar while mixing to avoid lumps until desired thickness is reached.
