Korean Pancakes with Beef and Shrimp

Tofu is a plant-based option, while canned tuna is often more affordable.
Mix all-purpose flour and water in a bowl until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to the batter, mixing well.
Slice beef thinly and marinate with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
Peel and devein shrimp, then marinate with a pinch of salt.
Chop green onions and carrots into thin strips.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes; remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, pour half the batter to form a pancake.
Sprinkle cooked beef, shrimp, green onions, and carrots over the batter.
Cook until the edges are crispy and the bottom is golden, about 4-5 minutes.
Flip the pancake carefully and cook the other side until golden, another 3-4 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter and filling ingredients.
Serve hot with soy sauce, vinegar, and gochujang for dipping.
