2-3 tbsp minced garlic
1/3 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegan butter
1 tbsp paprika

In a large bowl add your yogurt, garlic and salt. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat a little oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add in your vegan meat, crumble and cook until almost cooked down.

Add in your diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add in your garlic powder and paprika, season with salt and pepper.

Cook down until meat is starting to get crispy, then remove from pan.

Return pan to heat, add in vegan butter and once melted, add in paprika. Whisk and remove from heat.

To a bowl add your cooked pasta, top with yogurt sauce, add your browned meat, drizzle with paprika butter sauce, and top with tomatoes and parsley. Serve and enjoy!
