1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Sugar
1/2 cube Chicken Stock
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
20 Dumpling Wrappers
1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for cornstarch water)
3 bowls of Water
3 cloves of Garlic, chopped (for soup)
2-inch Ginger, sliced (for soup)
1 handful of Anchovies
Anchovies Seasoning Powder
