3/4 cup lukewarm water
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons canola oil

Place 2 and a quarter teaspoons of active dry yeast into 3/4 cup lukewarm water, stir and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

In a mixer with a dough hook, mix together 4 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon salt.

Slowly add in the yeast water, 3/4 cup warm milk, and 2 tablespoons of canola oil.

Remove dough and knead until smooth, cover for 45 minutes.

Punch down the dough and cover for another 45 minutes.

Divide dough into 6 equal pieces and create balls, let rest for 10 minutes.

Flatten into discs and place on a greased baking pan, cover and rest for 15 minutes.

Press in lines and add sesame seeds.

Bake at 480 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove and spray with water, then wrap in a towel.
