3 cups rolled oats
1 cup pecans
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
cinnamon (to taste)

Start with 3 cups of rolled oats.

Add 1 cup of pecans.

Add 1 cup of coconut flakes.

Add 1/2 cup of sliced almonds.

Add 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add 1/2 cup of maple syrup.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add cinnamon to taste (optional).

Stir all ingredients together until well combined.

Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray.

Bake at 300°F for 40 minutes to 1 hour, stirring a couple of times during baking.

Remove from the oven and let cool to crisp up further.

If desired, add dried fruit at this stage (optional).

Store in jars, which can also be given as gifts.
