2 green chili
1 tablespoon ginger
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup cilantro
1/4 cup mint
1 large egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup oil

Combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, diced tomato, and minced green chili in a large bowl.
