2 lbs or 900 grams of ground beef
Half bell pepper
Some fresh cilantro
1 medium onion
1 medium tomato
1 jalapeño or spicy pepper
6 garlic cloves
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of coriander powder
1 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of red chili flakes
1 tsp of coriander seeds
1 tsp of turmeric powder
3 tbs of all purpose flour

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, diced bell pepper, chopped tomato, and finely chopped jalapeño.

Add in the fresh cilantro, salt, black pepper, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili flakes, coriander seeds, and turmeric powder.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Form the mixture into patties.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides and cooked through.
