Divide the eggs into yolks and egg whites.

Mix egg yolk and milk, sift in flour and baking powder and mix. Add vanilla oil.

Put 1/2 teaspoon in the egg white, loosen it at a low speed with a hand mixer, and whisk at high speed (about 30 seconds in total).

Add half of the sugar and whisk at high speed for 30 seconds.

Add the remaining sugar and whisk for 30 to 40 seconds at a higher speed to make a hard meringue.

Add meringue to the egg yolk dough in 3 parts to make the dough.

Heat the frying pan, divide 2/3 of the dough into 3 pieces, squeeze it out until it is high, and steam it for 2 minutes.

Squeeze out the remaining dough to put on top and steam for 3 minutes.

After turning it over, bake it for 2 minutes without a lid and it's done.
