Remove the bones and skin from the chicken and add the chicken back to the rice, along with some reserved water from the chicken.

Close the pressure cooker and cook for an additional 15 minutes to soften the rice further.

Mix the rice and chicken together, using a cooking stick to ensure everything is well combined and soft.

Prepare the sauce by frying the cleaned chicken wings in a saucepan until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Add butter to the saucepan, then chopped onion, garlic, and tomato; mix until the tomatoes soften.
