1 tablespoon baking powder
1 lb pork belly
1/2 cup green onions
1 tablespoon ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cabbage
1 cup carrots
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Mix all-purpose flour, water, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté garlic, ginger, and green onions until fragrant.
