Cumin Chicken Skewers

1 ½ lbs chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 teaspoons cumin seeds
½ teaspoon black pepper

Cut the chicken thighs into small cubes.

Add the cut chicken to a bowl.

Mince 2 garlic cloves and add to the bowl.

Add 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 3 teaspoons of cumin seeds, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper to the bowl.

Stir everything until combined.

Cover the chicken and put it in the fridge to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.

After marinating, place the chicken onto small skewers, 4 to 5 pieces on each skewer.

Spray the bottom of the air fryer with cooking spray and add the chicken skewers, ensuring not to overcrowd.

Cook at 380F for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, flip the skewers and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes.
