150gm all purpose flour
2 spoon wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
some salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
some water
some milk

Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let sit until frothy, about 10 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.

Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture; mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
