2/3 cup roasted salted cashews
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Grind 2/3 cup roasted salted cashews in a food processor on high speed for approximately 15 seconds until they become a coarse meal.

While processing, slowly add 1/4 cup of olive oil and continue to process for another 30 seconds until it forms a smooth paste.

Turn off the processor and add 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 2 large peeled garlic cloves, and the juice of 1/2 lemon.
