3-4 green cardamom
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons water
2-3 tablespoons raisins

Add 2-3 pieces of chicken tikka and cook until they are well colored.

In a separate pot, boil 1/2 kg of basmati rice until partially cooked, then drain.
