1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
2 tbsp butter, melted (for crumb topping)

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
