Preheat the oven to 300°F.

Grease a baking pan.

Add grilled and cut chicken breast to the pan.

Pour in 1/2 cup of mild hot sauce.

Add 8 ounces of room temperature Philadelphia Cream Cheese.

Add about 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.

Add ranch dressing (amount unspecified).

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Spread the mixture in the greased pan.

Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until bubbly.

After 15 minutes, add more cheese on top and bake for an additional 3 minutes.

Remove from the oven after a total of about 30 minutes when bubbly.
