Add chopped bell pepper and scotch bonnet pepper; cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in seasoning cubes, salt, curry powder, and thyme; cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add snails to the mixture, tossing to coat well.
Squeeze lime juice over the snails and mix thoroughly.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
