1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
1/2 Cup Green Onions, Sliced
1 Garlic Clove, Chopped
1-3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Cook 1 cup of rice according to package instructions without using any butter. The final amount of rice should be about 2 1/2 cups. Let cool completely.

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the soy sauce and ginger and mix together. Add the parsley, green onions, and garlic and stir until combined.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Spoon the rice mixture onto the pan and form into circular cakes about 3-4 inches in diameter.

Cook for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. (Add more oil one tablespoon at a time if necessary.) Repeat the process with the rest of the rice mixture.
