2 red dates, sliced
3 slices of Dang Gui, washed
1 tbsp of goji berries, soaked and washed
4 garlic cloves
1 thumb size ginger, sliced
1 stalk spring onion
1 cup of water
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
Few dashes white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
