In a saucepan, combine 375 ml of water, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of castor sugar, and a pinch of salt; bring to a boil.

In a bowl with a sieve, combine 210 g of strong white bread flour and 1 tsp of baking powder.

Once the water mixture reaches a boil, pour it over the flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms.

If the dough is too stiff, add more boiling water until the right consistency is achieved.

Transfer the dough into a double-layered piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.

Pipe heart shapes onto greased greaseproof paper.

Heat oil in a fryer to 190°C.

Carefully drop the churros into the hot oil and fry for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.

Remove churros and drain on paper towels.

Mix 150 g of sugar with 1 heap tsp of cinnamon in a bowl.

Dredge the churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

For the chocolate dip, pour 125 g of double cream over 100 g of chopped chocolate and let sit for a minute before stirring until smooth.
