1 plum tomato
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1 celery stalk
5 ounces green peas
12 ounces cooked bacon

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Lay bacon on a sheet pan with a rack and cook for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy.
