Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain and set aside in a large bowl.
While the pasta cools, prep the remaining ingredients: slice the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the red onion, and finely chop the parsley.
Add all the prepped ingredients (salami, olives, tomatoes, onion, parsley) to the bowl with the cooked pasta.
Add mini mozzarella balls, shredded parmesan cheese, and marinated artichokes to the bowl.
Drizzle with the dressing and stir to combine.
