2” piece ginger root, peeled and grated

½ cup chili garlic sauce
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
3 tablespoons dry mustard
4 tablespoons Sake
2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ cup sriracha sauce
3 cups of apple juice
