1

In a large bowl, add all-purpose flour, instant dry yeast, and honey. You can substitute honey with sugar.

2

Mix the ingredients nicely, then add salt, warm water, and warm milk.

3

Mix again and add vegetable oil or any flavorless oil. Knead into a dough.

4

If the dough feels dry, add more warm water to achieve the right consistency.

5

Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it becomes really soft.

6

Once soft, pour some oil over the dough and cover the bowl to let it proof for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.

7

Meanwhile, marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste and chili powder.

8

Prepare a coating mixture with all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper powder.

9

Heat oil in a pan and coat each chicken piece with the flour mixture, then fry the chicken pieces until golden brown.

10

Once golden brown, take the chicken out of the oil and prepare the sauce by melting butter in a pan.

11

Add chili sauce, tomato sauce, and crushed garlic to the melted butter and mix well.

12

Once combined, add the fried chicken pieces and sauté, then add sesame seeds and keep the mixture aside.

13

After the dough has doubled in size, scrape it onto the counter and knead it briefly.

14

Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into small round shapes.

15

Fold each round shape and place it on a tray for second proofing.

16

After half proofing, roll the dough slightly to prevent it from opening during the second proofing.

17

Prepare a steamer and place the buns inside, lined with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

18

Steam the buns on medium flame for 10 minutes until cooked.

19

Once steamed, let the buns cool down before filling them with chicken.

20

Open each bun gently and place chicken pieces inside, along with coriander leaves and pickled onion.

21

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
