Wash the jar with soda to ensure it is clean.
Add a sheet of horseradish to the jar.
Add a bunch of parsley (20 grams) to the jar.
Add dill (20 grams) to the jar after rinsing under running water.
Add sliced onion (80 grams) to the jar.
Add chopped garlic (5 cloves) to the jar.
Add sliced carrots (50 grams) to the jar.
Cut off the stalk end of the cucumbers and fill the jar with them to the top.
Pour boiling water into the jar to the very top and cover with lids for 10-15 minutes.
After 10 minutes, remove the lid and drain the water into a pan.
Bring the drained water back to a boil.
Add spices directly into the jar: 3 cloves, 3 allspice, 10-15 black peppercorns.
Add salt (3 tablespoons) to the jar.
Add sugar (200 grams) to the jar.
Pour boiling water into the jar up to the shoulders.
Add vinegar (200 milliliters) to the jar and then fill with boiling water to the top.
Seal the jars using a conservation key and turn them upside down for 3-4 hours.
