Jamaican Vegan Easter Bun

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and allspice.
In another bowl, mix brown sugar, plant-based milk, melted vegan butter, vanilla extract, and ginger until smooth.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the dried fruits, raisins, and orange zest until evenly distributed.
Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bun to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Let it cool completely before slicing.
Serve as a festive treat during Easter celebrations.
