Start by adding 2 cups of spelt flour to a mixing bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds to the bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of blueberries to the mixture.
Pour in 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil.
Add 1/2 cup of agave for sweetness.
Mix the ingredients together, but hold off on adding the milk for now.
Add a little bit of all spice for more flavor, just a dash is enough.
Stir the mixture well and check the consistency.
If you prefer thinner pancakes, add spring water gradually, about 1/2 cup total, until the desired consistency is reached.
Heat the griddle to about 350°F and add about 1 teaspoon of grape seed oil to it.
Pour the batter onto the griddle and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
Flip the pancakes when they look beautiful and golden brown.
Once cooked, the pancakes are ready to serve.
