Open the package of flat cut corned beef brisket.
Wash the corned beef brisket to remove excess salt and moisture.
Place the corned beef brisket on aluminum tin foil.
Sprinkle the spice packet from the corned beef on both sides and the edges.
Add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper to both sides of the brisket.
In a bowl, mix 1/3 cup of Grey Poupon mustard, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
Brush the mustard mixture onto the corned beef brisket, ensuring the fat side is facing up.
Wrap the corned beef brisket in the aluminum foil.
Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the wrapped corned beef brisket in the air fryer and cook for 60 minutes.
After 60 minutes, brush more mustard on the brisket using the leftover mustard.
Cook for an additional 45 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit.
After 1 hour and 45 minutes, increase the temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for 5 minutes to brown the brisket.
Remove the brisket from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting.
Slice the corned beef brisket against the grain.
